After my internship ended I was hired as a Content Creator Student Assistant at SCADA International.My main tasks include: - Ideating, producing and editing the "Energy Explained" podcast episodes. I mainly use Audition.- Ideating, producing and editing videos for internal and external branding and communication purposes. These include documentary or advertising style videos, as well as animation or motion graphics videos. Multiple lengths and purposes for these videos, from product promotion to podcast promotion to employee and company branding... I use Premiere pro, After Effects, Audition and Illustrator.- All sorts of video, audio and photo editing, for the Marketing team, as well as supporting other teams in the company in these aspects. Overall it is a position were I learn about research methods, how to find the right people online, what to search for, what to take into account. I contribute to the good communication among the Research Assistants and other partners. I ideate, plan and execute marketing materials and the website, both for internal and external purposes. Finally, I learn about the crucial role that finding the right person for the right position has, how we make an impact by guiding senior talent to relevant positions, both in the development of thse candidates' professional career, as well as our client company's success.

Assistant producer for the TV program On Tour, channel ETB1 (post Tour de France).Creation of audiovisual contents for the sports section. After my internship period, I was hired during the summer to do substitution work, for vacation and sick leaves of other employees. I was first assigned to the On Tour program, a post Tour de France live commentary program. The same as in the news broadcasting, I produced and executed materials to be used in the background, as well as edited photos or videos that would be used in the live program. In adition to that, I broadcasted a freestyle live program, with a flexible script, very different from the news. While in the news broadcasting I had to follow a script or the chief producer in case of any changes, in the On Tour program it was all improvised, with videos and live connections comming in, and different sections that were included as the editor required. After the On Tour program ended, I was editing videos for the sports sections of the TV, for several programs that would be broadcasted later, not live. This way, I got a different taste of TV broadcasting, but used the knowledge I already acquired during my previous internship. Intern as production assistant at the Basque TV's weekend news broadcasting.I worked 12 hours shifts on the weekends for EITB, in their news broadcasting section. I was a production assistant paid intern. I was introduced to the systems and schedules of daily news broadcasting. I prepared materials based on the chief editor's brief for the afternoon and evening news broadcasting sessions. Researched and edited images illustrating the daily news, choosing the right pictures for backgrounds, researching videos in the internal archive and editing them to be used as accompanying images for the tv correspondents and journalists.Other that the preparation work, I was also instructed and ended up doing live broadcasting by myself. I was introduced into a control room environment and dynamics, understood each person's job and respected each and every single worker in that room. Communication was key for a smooth news broadcasting. I handled pressure and high expectations, delivering as a regular assistant by the 3rd quarter of my internship. I learnt to work well individually but always in sync with the rest of the group, in order to achieve the best results. I learnt the value of individual work, but together with excellent communication and alliance with the rest of the team.
