Most exciting in that I was able to work with the Sales "heavy weights" of our Company, I had to undertake collections work to support key people in Sales to achieve targets. Planning of routes and setting up of appointments. Ensuring payments were made. My job enabled me to do part time sales. I would be trusted with an area to explore. This meant that I would call establishments and make appointments for the AA Quality Assured Assessors to come to an establishment for the AA Endorsement. Making these calls was fun though not easy. They are equivalent to Sales in that Clients have to be convinced to make time from their busy schedule for an assessor to come to their establishment.2002 - 2006Window Lines

My duties in this company included direct sales to the public as our products were for daily home use. High pitch demonstrations (which needed our undivided attention for the whole time we were at the show). This was as challenging as I was required to stay motivated for many hours without losing focus. Targets were easily achieved and relevant distribution of vital information for new and existing products carried out done effectively.We were able to move all over the country as our products were exhibited mainly in Exhibition Events as Decorex, Homemakers Expos and many other shows around the country and outside. The work was normally started by doing demonstrations without necessarily having an audience in front of me. Every enquiry in this display was automatically converted into a sale.
