North Sindh Urban Services Corporation (NSUSC) has been established under the Companies Ordinance 1984 for the secondary cities of Northern cluster of Sindh province by the local governments of six TMA’s. The initiative is supported by Government of Sindh and Asian Development Bank under Sindh cities improvement program. NSUSC is an organization to take over the services (solid waste management, waste water management, drainage, water supply etc) of Municipal Corporation of six TMA’s of Northern Sindh.Reporting to Director Operations and Services and Managing Operations, activities of municipal services with 1900 personnel, and working with team on Water Sector Projects I am responsible for:• Setting and developing strategies and plans for providing municipal services to the citizens with the logo of “Citizens First”.• Provide Strategic and Technical Support to A.M (O&Ss) of all Regional Offices.• Identification of Projects for improving Water Sector of entrusted cities, including collaboration with consultants on conducting surveys, preparing maps, preparation of DEDs, drawings, collecting GIS data, preparation of BOQs and Engineering Estimates, Preparation of Contract Documents, Preparation of Tender Documents.• Identification of Projects for improving Waste Water Sector of entrusted cities, including collaboration with consultants on conducting surveys, preparing maps, preparation of DEDs, drawings, collecting GIS data, preparation of BOQs and Engineering Estimates, Preparation of Contract Documents, Preparation of Tender Documents.• Bid Evaluation as per ADB procurement/PPRA guidelines for ICB & NCB projects respectively.• Execution of Projects and their Supervision of construction as per standards.• Supervision and Control of day to day Water and Waste Water Operations of entrusted cities in collaboration and support with A.M(O&Ss) of all Regions.

This is operation & maintenance job and I play a leading role for furnishing WATER SUPPLY facility to a city of shikarpur by maintaining the efficiency of treatment plants,distribution pipes as well.Also I have to make it feasible that the whole city receives equitably standardised water.This is purely Public Health Engg Scope

This Company is active in Telecom Sector Projects for tower installations of different operators in PAKISTAN. It was engaged in construction of Towers of different operators, with BSS installations and transmission services.The company properly belongs to China and had 23000 employees working at different locations of Pakistan.Reporting to Civil Works Manager and supervising operations and activities of sites allocated to me with 5 personnel I was responsible for: Supervising all activities of site preparation i.e layout, excavation, lean and steel fixing for foundation, concrete pouring of foundation and columns, tower erection and installations, Brick masonary work, plaster, paint of BTS room, Doors and Main Gate fixing, electrical work inside BTS room, Grounding work and installations etc.Supervising sites allocated to other engineers in capacity of Civil Works Team Leader for proper completion of given sites in given timeframe.Ensuring specifications, Dimensions as in drawing, Ensuring quality of work, Ensuring quantity of work as per drawing and implementing drawing on site.Interacting with subcontractors for extracting quick and quality-based work within the given timeframe.My achievements:I had concluded 15 sites successfully in a small span of 3 months, that had made my repute worth working in capacity of CWTL.Reason for leaving: secured job in Eltek on doubled salary.

Water Management Department in Pakistan is attached with Provincial Ministry of Agriculture, and active in lining of watercourses for countering seepage losses, ensuring flow of discharge with high velocity to field, provision of sediments to field favourable of production of crop, reducing scouring and erosion of banks to zero percent.Reporting to District Officer and supervising all activities with 5 personnel, I was responsible for:Registering association for giving right of lining work to the owner of watercourse.Conducting survey with Autolevel to determine features of land.Conducting Earthwork for ensuring alignment of watercourse with minimum curves.Making estimate and forming technical sanction for approval.Discharging capital in account of association for lining of water course.Supervising concrete work for pad formation, and brick masonry keeping quality intact.
