I graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from UC Merced. Currently, I am based in Sacramento, California.Throughout my studies, I developed a passion for sustainability and protecting our planet's resources as well as human well-being. My education has equipped me with knowledge of engineering principles, software skills, and research.Additionally, I have a growing interest in design work. My design experience includes:• Building a small model bridge using wood that failed at 10 Newtons of force above the designed load specifications• Using the CAD software SketchUp to create a digital model of a residential building with retrofits designed to produce ample solar energy to meet the home’s energy demand and have a net positive cash flow after one year of operation• 150+ hours in the 3D modeling software, Blender• Inkscape – 2D vector graphics software• Familiarity with other neighboring products such as Adobe SuiteI am eager to apply my skills and contribute to a team that values innovation, problem-solving, and positive impact. While my degree has focused on environmental engineering, I am open to exploring different fields and industries and am willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
