Worked as unit head of Bangladesh component among five countries i.e. Cambodia, Myanmar, Pakistan including China. Identified good practices which could be carried out to the regional level and organized regional round tables on sustainable production in the textile and garment sector in Asia brings together stakeholders from the Asian private and public sectors and from the buyer side. It provides an opportunity to discuss sustainability initiatives, to share experiences on innovative approaches and to develop solutions on upgrading standards in the region. Organising visits for the delegates and programs and communicate all relevant government departments private sectors and trade bodies. Carrying out the activities of the BWTG component (Bette work in Textiles and Garments) with the overall objective of improving competitiveness of the garment sector through capacity building, institutional development and skill enhancement. Initiated to coordinate the signing of "Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)" between Bangladeshi Universities/Institutes and European Universities regarding the faculty and student exchange program and fellowship program.Coordinated with strategic and implementing partner for setting up Center of Excellence which focused its work for the industry to meet the emerging global demand and research activities & coordinated the activities with Ministry of Commerce and with BGMEA, BKMEA, BGMEA Institute/ University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT/BIFT), and iART). Assisted the international researchers together with national universities for upgrading the textile education through building collaborative and mutual interactions between education and industry.
