• Drafting process flow to comply with part drawing• Liase with CNC programmer to determine fabrication process for new FA / MP product• Liase with Supply Chain department for material, standard part, treatment and any outsourced processes• Ensuring processes to comply with safety and quality standard• To create bill of material (BOM) in ERP system• Create Routing/PT according to the part process flow on ERP system.• To create PMP, PCP and PFMEA compliance with part drawing• Continuous improvement and monitoring on processes to reduce cost and improve production rate• To apply changes according to customer’s ECO/ECN• To apply PCN according to all internal process changes including raw material changes • To issue PR to purchase materials for jig and fixtures for engineering department use• Item code creation in ERP system for all purchases/new FA• Prepare WI• Support for 3D drawing (internal drawing) in SolidWork software.

• Responsible for the product design and developement using 2D/3D CAD Software.• Coordinated and organized incoming project.•Execute the mechanical part design.•Perform mechanical design for sheet metal fabrication using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.•Produce program for the design of sheet metal using CypCut software for the lasercut machine.•Generate design documentation, mechanical and bill of material (BOM).• Complete duties and assignments as instructed by the superior time to time.
