I usually process mails as per clients request through BUSINESS SERVICE SUPPORT (BSS). I will also prepare daily, weekly and monthly volume, Errors and Exemptions, process updates and also mean while support technically developing tools like work allocation, report preparation, daily count and production consolidation.
