Coordinate maintenance activity on the Scheduled and unscheduled using the SAP-740 system, MDRM system (Master Data Record Manager), Smart Plant Dashboard and Technical Evaluation System, ETAP system for day-to-day activity.2. Monitor Work Orders progress and ensure no notifications and work orders are pending without any justified reason.5. Ensure completeness and quality of required historical data of work orders in SAP to fa-cilitate reliability assessments of related equipment6. Review PM03 Work Order planned vs actual data and initiate requests to correct any significant deviations in SAP PM Master Data7. Ensure compliance with applicable KPIs and initiate RCA for repeated equipment defects8. Fully comply with applicable GIMS / SHEM procedures and Code of Ethics to protect and ensure reliable utilization of Company's investments.9. Suggest measures to improve department performance including changes in procedures and practices for efficient & reliable operations of facilities.10. Prepared turnaround scope for electrical equipment’s, method statement and procedure for critical electrical jobs such as Feeder, Transformer, VSD, Capacitors, Switchgear isola-tion & restoration, STG synchronization, UPS, Battery, LV & MV breaker PM.11. Prepare the Stranded Maintenance Producer and checklist.12. Maintenance of HV/MV/LV Power (115KV/34.5KV/13.8KV/4.16KV/480V/208V).13. Maintenance of Steam Turbine Generator – 13.8KV*20 MW*3 Nos.14. Conducting regular trainings to the House keeping & M & E staff on all type of Procedures & policies of Client, also conducting primary Inductions to all the new staff of Facilities on time-to-time basis.7.Coordinating & following up with all the Vendors & contractors, proposing for AMC, final-izing the Vendors, Tracking their service reports as per 52 week PPM schedule, submitting their invoices after authenticating to Finance for their payments.8. Approving 52 Week PPM calendar & Assets management.9. Cafeteria, Food & Beverages management.10. Coordinating with the Landlord for Common Area maintenance issues, tracking their statutory compliance documents for their timely renewal & submittal to the client on time-to-time Basis.11.
