Worked with a number of Product lines: Condenser & Evaporators (Ketema Brand) for the well known Comfort HVAC Equipment Manufacturer; Process Shell & Tube large and small Heat Exchangers (ASME Section VIII Division 1) for the Petroleum Refining, Chemical, and Fertilizer Industries. Design of custom Packaged Chiller including Shell & Tube Evaporator and Condenser using the Solid Works 3D model and components drawing after selecting the matching parts & accessories. Further, before release to the Manufacturing department, compiling BOM using the Manufacturing Software system. Interacting with manufacturing, purchasing and inventory control for timely completion of job orders.Responsible for the complete design of Shell & Tube Process Heat Exchangers fulfilling TEMA and ASME Code requirements

Selection of Golden star HVAC Equipment as per specification, schedule and schematics received from our different sales offices, making of detailed offers and complete Technical submittal for consultants approval involving computer selection of coils, matching of DX evaporator air handling unit with air-cooled condensing unit. Customizing of Golden star standard equipment, making of relevant design changes in the condensing unit section if custom-built unit and making physical data drawing a part of the submittal using CAD Software.
