o Requirement analysis of 3gpp software requirements for different LTE software layers and integration of the requirements in the 3rd party tool JAMA for better understanding, management, and traceability.o Identify users, use-cases, and expected input/output for all components of protocol stack during design phase by using multiple techniques of Requirements elicitation.o Leading the software Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) process by designing, developing, and maintaining the centralized automated system based on Jenkins, Perforce, Git, Groovy, Bash, Shell, python, and common build system (cmake).o Design and Deploy non-functional testing support (ARMCC and PC-Lint warnings, clang static analysis, and code coverage tools) in existing system/infrastructure after performing detailed gap analysis for protocol stack to improve code quality, code coverage, memory footprint, response time, stability and robustness.o Coordinate with 3rd party technical sales team for overview of offered products, architectural level discussion for integration, use-cases identification, support feasibility, and pricing models.

o Working with continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Perforce to build the system, execute tests and generate reports automatically.o Design a new testing frameworks to test the system under development using multiple platforms.o Integration of new hardware equipment with existing setup.

o Leading the quality assurance process starting from requirement documents to final reports. o Designing and documentation of the complete validation plan. o Develop Work break down structures for the team. o Planning and scheduling of the resources for the successful completion of WBS.o Guide and participate in bug identification, reporting and problem-solving.o Coordinate with the development teams to timely resolve the identified bugs.o Communicate the test result regularly to management and other teams.o Continuously review available test equipment and inform higher management of the on-going needs.o Design and implement automated test scripts using tools. o Tracking and monitoring different on-going testing projects.
