Corporate accounts will involve monitoring, forecasting, and servicing the client’s needs on a regular basis to keep the LOS and customer retention high. • Maintaining the customer needs and understanding the priority of a given client, their flexibility, volumes, cycles, flexibility, urgency, and additional opportunities.• Developing a plan and communicating it effectively and timely to the fleet management group execution.
