Responsibilities: • Lead a team of 3 engineers to migrate the 1mg labs flow from an old CSR architecture to a hybridSSR(streaming) + CSR architecture, without involvement of design and minimal BE API changes.• Contributing to the development of new rules for Design Language System for DWEB.• Migrate Code from redux to Redux Toolkit with async thunks, thus reducing files and simplifying state management logic• Code Reviewing and actively mentoring Freshers to write better, more readable and scalable UI code

Responsibilities:• Contributed to the development of various features in the redRail mobile web funnel leveraging React, Redux, Express, Mongo, and SCSS. Key features include Train Schedule, Coach Position, Route Extension, Confirmation Probability and GFT Flow.• Implemented performance improvements - CWV for various pages in both the redBus and redRail mobile web funnel. Improving Lighthouse scores from 40s to 80+.• Built an in-house User Session Recording SDK from scratch, enabling product teams to analyse user behaviors and feature impacts by playing back their activity recordings like hotjar and clarity.• Developed Webviews for common announcement sections and entire user account creation flow reducing time to market by upto 2x across all FE channels, including ios and android, supporting older app versions as well.• Helped develop and launch the redRail Desktop funnel from scratch working in a small team of 2 Engineers.• Added Service Workers for redRail mobile web to cache assets and api calls for repeat users.• Developed various reusable components in the Common Component Library, leveraging Storybook.• Provided guidance and mentorship to interns, equipping them with diverse technological skills within our stack, evaluating their performance, and facilitating their integration into cross-functional teams.• Awarded Trailblazer Award for Superlative Performance in Q3 2022-23.
