As a business agility coach and consultant with more than two decades of experience in the ICT industry, I have spent the past eight years specializing in lean-agile coaching, teaching, mentoring, and transformation programs. With a deep understanding of various frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, DevSecOps, XP, and Scaled agile, I focus on the business, technology, and human elements of transformation. With over 100 training sessions and workshops conducted globally, I have trained and inspired over 2500 professionals in foundational, methodological, and digital tools such as Agile fundamentals, Digital transformation, Scrum, Kanban, Ericsson Scaled Agile Methodology, JIRA, DevOps, and SAFe courses. My key focus areas include organizational agility and lean-agile leadership, coaching, mentoring, and teaching, change and transformation management, people leadership, and cultural awareness. Additionally, I have extensive experience in value stream mapping and flow optimization, design thinking, and DevOps product delivery. I have established LACE and Agile Chapter to increase lean-agile adoption across the organization, launched more than six ARTs with a peak ART size of 70 members, and aligned strategy with execution to support accounts, programs, and units during their transformation journey towards business agility. I have coached senior leaders, executives, project managers, scrum masters, product owners, and teams on principles, practices, and digital tools that resulted in increased predictability and observability. With my extensive experience in JIRA, metrics, reports, and management dashboards, as well as knowledge in Confluence, Miro, Mural, and MS Teams, I firmly believe in driving organizations towards becoming more agile in their structure and operations. As a certified ICAGILE Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Digital Transformation Practitioner, Business Development Manager (BDM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and IT Service Management (ITIL), my aim is to continuously push the envelope on business agility and help organizations embed and thrive within a rapidly changing environment
