I also pioneered CRM analytics practice while at Ogilvyone Worldwide and built Integrated Analytics and Business Intelligence suites at Kairoleaf Analytics. I have wide range of experience in full stack analytics and am well versed with most Analytics and Data Science tools and technologies. I have enabled many leading organisations, including Fortune 500, to create distinctive and competitive edge.I have an entrepreneurial streak with extensive experience in setting up new businesses, each with its own success story. I have co-founded ventures like Kairoleaf Analytics which focussed on Big Data projects in banking. Currently, I'm involved with ConsciousLeap Insights, in giving shape to a scalable, affordable wellbeing products platform, which empowers children and youth in a sustainable manner. Using advanced coaching methodology, the platform, eventually working on AI, is a greenfield effort that is already finding scalable traction in the market. My expertise extends globally, having worked across Asia, Middle East, Africa, and the US, navigating diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes. The experience has further given me dexterous and multi-faceted skills in general management and has helped me build a proven track record in leadership.My current area of interest lies in ethical use of AI in customer data management and analytics practice.
