Key Responsibilities:• BIM Implementation: Spearhead the implementation of BIM processes and standards, Develop and execute BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) to guide project teams.• BIM Coordination: Oversee the seamless coordination of BIM models and data across architectural, engineering, and construction disciplines. Utilize advanced clash detection techniques to streamline project workflows and minimize errors.• Model Development: Lead the development of high-quality architectural BIM models throughout all project stages, from conceptual design to construction documentation. Ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements.• Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous quality assurance protocols to verify the accuracy and completeness of BIM deliverables. Conduct thorough model reviews, audits, and coordination meetings to uphold project standards.• BIM Management: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and BIM technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Champion best practices for BIM implementation and project delivery.• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their BIM requirements and objectives. Present BIM deliverables effectively and facilitate constructive discussions to ensure alignment with project goals.• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies, industry trends, and regulatory updates. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in BIM workflows to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to UK regulations, standards, and industry guidelines governing BIM implementation, data exchange, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:• Meeting clients and understanding the design project requirements and specifications.• Coordinating with the senior architect, construction engineers, and various disciplines involved and assisting them in design planning and organization.• Drafting well for construction drawings of the site plan, floor plans, centerline drawings, sections, and elevations in accordance with structural or RCC drawings, HVAC drawings, etc.• Assisting the Senior Architect in the monitoring of building activity in line with excellent construction designs.• Based on sanctioned designs, On CAD, create final architectural working drawings that are suitable for building.• Coordinating with the chief engineer in developing solutions to complex technical problems.• To make DD package, civil layouts, demolishing, reflected ceiling plans, sections and details, flooring, electrical/ lighting layouts, kitchen details, toilet details, and doors window details among other necessary information for the Project management teams.• Liasoning with various facility management teams and local body authorities to fulfill their requirements of the design and adhere to their code of construction of the various retail stores and private residences.• Involved in preparing and compiling working drawings, specifications to convey the information• Take inventory of furniture in Microsoft Excel and make a presentation in Photoshop.• Understand and execute government standards by implementing during virtual design andconstruction phase.• Co-ordination for Projects• Implementing a synchronized system for project development• Site-coordination• Involved in BIM Strategy as per BS 1192 & PAS 1192-2• Preparing Clash-Detection reports using Navisworks• Model preparation using Revit• COBie Implementation
