Key Responsibilities:• Validate the initial requirements were received• Determine type of solution required• Review solution document• Schedule and facilitate meeting with customer and Solution capabilities• Elaborate DPS (Design Proposal Summary) and agree to technical requirements of the request to ensure mutual understanding of what is required to be delivered• Define Formatting templates, writing styles and proposal development milestones• Create a comprehensive Solution and Cost Model• Prepare documentation and obtain approval from the required approvers• Create Work activity for Salesforces team to assure that the forecast is within the quarter• Submit proposal to Customer and follow up to obtain approval• Ensure initial implementation WBS number in SAP• Ensure the all the Request and Financial Information is update• Provide knowledge transfer and hand over the request to Project Manager
