I am located at Basel - Switzerland and my current position is Global Head of Data & Analytics, responsible for Europe, Latin America, Africa and Middle East. In the last 5 years, I became part of the Global leadership of Data & Analytics at Syngenta Group, driving Data Strategy and Transformation, making data Available, Visible and Actionable. Before it, I performed the roles of Head of Data & Information and Head of Enterprise Business Information for Latin America.Previously, I worked along 4 years at Capgemini as Project Manager & Lead of Business Intelligence Competence and 7 years at Gradiente Eletronica S/A as Lead of Strategic Information & Senior System Analyst.I have started working with IT in 1997. Since then, my main motivation is to be part of major challenges and strategic processes of the company. I’ve always tried to exceed the expectations. In the last 18 years, I’ve been leading Business Intelligence competency. I am calm, focused, goal oriented, tenacious and committed. I like to work on an environment with pressure, multicultural teams, managing conflicts and the relationship between the company, partners and suppliers, leading and developing people. I have as main values the honesty and the humility. I’ve been always trying to support and develop people around me, learning subjects relevant to a variety of areas and getting ready for diverse challenges. Brazilian and Italian Citizenship.
