Working on exploring business-cases within the rapidly unfolding energy transition as well as the new synergies arising in the energy-mobility space.I divide my time between strategy & policy, and operations. I leverage my strong research base, data analytics skills, engineering know-how, programming knowledge and inherent inquisitiveness to drive new business opportunities as well as operational efficiencies in existing businesses. I thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment with my penchant for continuous learning. Having a hands-on approach ensures that I am well connected with my team and rooted in ground-realities of the project at hand. My working style is solution oriented and agile while I’m mindful of change management challenges when I introduce systems to drive process efficiencies. My cross-functional knowhow helps me straddle multiple roles as per need and helps sensitize me towards problems/opportunities that other departments might face. I believe in a holistic approach to work with great emphasis on up-skilling my team and empathy towards all stakeholders.Outside work, I enjoy all things automotive. I’m passionate about driving and am an amateur/hobbyist racing driver. I would love to get involved in road safety initiatives with my understanding of the human and technical aspects of driving. I’m interested in the built environment and seek out good architecture and design. Urban planning initiatives excite me. History is another area of interest which I have now started spending more time with.
