° M&E system conception, design, development and implementation – played an active role in setting up the project’s M&E system – development of M&E plan, Indicator reference sheets, PMP, data collection tools, data analysis plans and database systems. ° M&E capacity building for Ghana Health Service – successfully led capacity building programs for GHS staff at the regional, district, sub-district and facility levels to accurately capture, aggregate, validate and report routine service delivery data into the District Health Information Management System (DHIMS). Actively contributed to review of the GHS’ Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on Health Information Management and the development of the current version.° M&E capacity building for project staff – successfully provided M&E technical support to over 100 technical staff of the project in M&E and data collection tools and documentation and dissemination of lessons learned, best practices and success stories. Also supported technical staff in analyzing and presenting data for quarterly and annual reporting. ° Quarterly and annual reporting to USAID Ghana - played a lead role in updating the project's PMP and Annual Performance Plan and Report (PPR) for submission to USAID Ghana.° Database creation and management for performance measurement – successfully contributed to the creation and management of a database for the project. Successfully ensured that the database was very effective and a well-managed repository that adequately measured progress and accomplishments of the project. ° Research, evaluation and data collection - played an active role in the designing, validation and pre-testing of baseline data collection tools and supervised baseline data collection in over 100 health facilities in two regions. Successfully provided M&E technical support to the project and its partners in piloting Preferred Primary Care Provider (PPP) networks in 2 districts in Volta region.
