As a person, I am driven by challenge and have valuable experience in the exiting field between IT-systems, projects and customers. I enjoy the challenges of each individual project phase, and understand the strong necessity of clarification between the customers business processes and the IT-systems to support and extend these. My many years of experience working at the frontline with the costumers as well as at the costumers locations, negotiation and handling of people skills coupled with a strong professional background enable me to facilitate a final IT-product which creates maximum added value for both the customer and my employer. I am a very social team-work based person and would categorize myself as a realistic optimist. I focus on keeping an optimistic attitude navigating through troubled waters where necessary decisions cannot be neglected. I enjoy and thrive with challenges of both practical and theoretical nature and find my inspiration in books and articles. I read about management, lean, relevant biographies, development of personal skills and new technology. I focus on testing the new technology I read about to gain insights into it's strengths, weaknesses and possibilities. I do this in on a platform which continuously evolves. My work on this platform has also given me valuable insight into the not always so obvious WHY’s of IT-systems. I continuously look for the potential angles where, with minor additional effort, I can create major value add for the customer and in turn my employer.I love complexity and will continue to seek new ways of making complexity “human readable” and controllable. With my self-developed platform I stand able to manage complex and distributed IT-system setups, create complex generalized datasets ready for distributed analyses and pattern recognition with very few resources all to be visualized in human readable form.
