Munkhzaya Batbaatar is an experienced risk management, financial and investment analyst. She began her career in the Financial management department at the University of Finance and Economics (UFE) in 2005. She has held a different number of roles, from a lecturer, a senior lecturer, head of the department and associate professor. She was the first graduate at the doctoral program in 2013 at the UFE and has published 3 books, over 20 research articles relating to financial stability, crisis management, the leading indicators of the financial crisis, and the commercial bank risk management in both domestic and international magazines. With more than 15 years of working experience, she collaborates with the financial regulatory and financial professional association by participating in researches and short term training activities. Besides academic activities, she gained industry experience from the business sector by working as a financial expert, consultant and trainer in the risk and financial management field for both public and private organization. Recently, she graduated with a Master of Banking and Finance degree from Monash University in Australia by getting Australia awards the scholarship. While studying in overseas, she joined an internship project and several volunteering activities to expand the international working experience. She is currently most passionate about helping the company to develop the risk management process and to build an effective risk governance framework. In addition, key interesting areas to work on financial and investment analysts, sustainable finance expert and project finance.
