Thrilled to have the opportunity over a 12 month period to assist senior VP and gain valuable insights into the Estate Planning at RBC and how it complements the investment side of Dominion Securities.

Serving high value clients (5M+ invested) in both English and French.· Accurately executing transactions for clients (Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Options, FX, IPO).· Discuss and answer questions related to the capital market (Reorganizations, M&A, trading questions, dividends, regulation, and more). · Achieving sales objectives of asset consolidations, sales referrals, and client retention.· Solving escalation problems and trade disputes.· Keeping abreast of the financial market evolution and new regulation.· Licensed trader across Canada and in 47 states in the United States.

- Daily contact with national distributors across the globe to coordinate sales targets and campaigns- Managed timelines and key dates for delivery of products for key installations at world known hotels and retail luxury chains- Creation of extensive excel reports using Pivot tables to deliver dynamic sales reports to senior management and key stakeholders.- Business development on engaging with new distributors and ramping up sales with existing ones

Responsible for planning and construction of new flagship stores in Shanghai and BeijingPlanned and executed refurbishment of 10 biggest stores in Mainland ChinaCoaching and helping sales and technical staff in their induction into the B&O culture.Project manager for renovation of Chinese franchise shops following their purchase by B&O China.

Contact with headquarters Responsible for all communication with headquarters in Denmark and regional sales office in Naarden, Netherlands. Sales Responsible for sales, installation and contact with all French and English speaking clients. With a client book of around 300 clients per year, more than 150 fell into this category.
