Current• Support decision-makers with a complete and concise report • Ensuring that processes are in place to prioritize applications, where a Priority Service has been requested and paid for managing the visa operation carefully to ensure that applications are processed within agreed service standards, deploying resources effectively in order to achieve set targets• Update applications and client data in the electronic processing system• Effective communication for processing of applications at the front end of the operation• Provide clear, detailed, and accurate responses to applicants and authorized representatives via correspondence in a timely manner • Processing documentation, applications, and files, reviews for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies, obtaining & processing data, and seeking out missing or relevant information from the client• Problem-solving approach for complicated cases and researching internal/external sources to resolve discrepancies for the same• Provide knowledgeable information and assistance to clients on options, products, guidelines, and use of electronic support systems• Researches internal and external sources to inform officers regarding difficult problems in processing, legislative or regulatory conformance• Follow quality control guidelines to facilitate compliance and maintain database integrity • Participate in training and development of colleagues and support staff• During performance management encouraging equal opportunities for all, giving regular feedback and promoting a working environment, and helping staff in performing efficiently and effectively.• Execute plans for and manage support staff in the delivery of operational and processing• Working on Training needs analysis for team and support staff and planning for and managing staff in the delivery of operational & processing services
