Munna Hoffmann-Jørgensen holds a M.Sc. degree in Sociology from Aalborg University. As a sociologist, one of Munnas competences is to gather insights into the social life of end users and to continuously explore the relationship and interactions between technical solutions and human behavior thereby contributing to a broader understanding of factors effecting human decision making. Transitional processes cannot rely on technical innovation alone – new technological solutions need to adapt into everyday life and cooperation with end users is crucial to succeed. At Insero Business Services, Munna are in charge of user involvement programs in two international funded living labs - Insero Live Lab and SURE! Munna works out research and user involvement programs that address each stakeholder with the most relevant methods and questions. Munna has a strong methodological understanding and uses a synergy of empiric field methods and quantitative data sampling methods, and works out transparent models to avoiding black boxing the research processes. Before working for Insero Munna assisted in the designproces of a large research program for measuring the effects of rehabilitation at the Sclerosis hospitals in Denmark, as well as assisted in developing new patient activities and dissemination material in the process of building up a new culture based on co-operation between experts at the Sclerosis Hospitals, patients and relatives. In 2012 Munna finalized her Master thesis in Sociology and Social Sciences at Aalborg University.
