Softscapes:- Design and develop gardens, parks, landscapes, and open nurseries across North and South campuses, including Gharpa.- Implement irrigation systems to ensure efficient water use and plant health.Project Collaboration and Planning:- Work closely with architects and horticulture experts to align project objectives, requirements, and constraints.- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Site Analysis and Plant Selection:- Conduct feasibility studies and site condition analyses to determine suitable plant species and maintenance practices.- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.Project Management:- Manage inventory to ensure the availability of materials throughout the project lifecycle.- Oversee project implementation, including site preparation, planting, irrigation system installation, and landscaping.- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on both campuses.Plant Health Monitoring and Issue Resolution:- Monitor plant growth and health, implementing maintenance activities as needed.- Identify and resolve any issues or deviations from the project plan.Documentation and Reporting:- Prepare detailed project documentation, including specifications, progress reports, and final project reports.- Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and approvals.All work adheres to the rules and regulations of DAR and DSR Horticulture and Landscaping Government of India, as well as the Guidelines on Landscaping and Tree Plantation (IRC).
