Align workforce requirements to optimize productivity while upholding quality standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and quality assurance, to identify workforce needs and develop strategic staffing solutions.Contractor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain productive relationships with contractors, ensuring the timely availability of skilled workers and strict adherence to service level agreements.Performance Review: Conduct regular performance review meetings with contractors, addressing concerns and identifying areas for improvement.Training and Development: Implement training and development programs tailored to enhance workforce skills and competencies, aligning training initiatives with production demands.Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the acquisition of qualified candidates.HR Operational Tasks: Handle various HR operational tasks, including employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining meticulous records and documentation.Employee Database Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the employee database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Statutory Compliance: Manage all aspects of statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and PTax filing returns.Payroll Management: Responsible for managing payroll for both on-roll employees and contractor workers.Labour Contractor Licensing: Handle labor contractor licensing processes.Compliance Register Management: Manage monthly compliance returns and compliance registers under Factory Acts and Contract Labour Act (CLRA).Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.These responsibilities reflect my commitment to efficient workforce management, compliance, and strategic HR contributions within an organization.
