This was a dynamic, technical and very detail oriented back office role. My key responsibilities included ensuring data flow (two way) from CS to PMS at all times, as well as,data logging and tracking, the two systems. Additionally, I conducted testing on newer systems and mapped out irregularities and patterns in an operational capacity with Opera and Fidelio systems. A very operational role that required high attention to detail, initiative and dedication in addition to serving as a first rate experience in technical data flow management and the versatility of its application in operations.

Worked on I.T, Marketing and Communications projects for the Language Training Program. I structured, implemented and coordinated a new electronic learning platform for the program as well as created a strategic marketing and communications plan for the program.
