Regular visits & maintaining a professional relationship with OEMs, Consultants & erectors involve in relevant sectors. 5. selection of gift & selection of vendors for gift item purchase 6. Proactive involve in 5s & QMS activity at the branch office of KPC KOLKATA. 7. Dealers review on monthly basis in order to monitor sales targets and do the gap analysis and action plan on unachieved targets. 8. End customer visit:- I regularly meet end customer to get the details of the quality of services provided by dealers to our end customers, competitor activity in the region. 9. competition monitoring through customer visit, order lost analysis, end-user experience analysis of our competitor products. 10.
