• Coordinate and maintain permanent and close communication with all stakeholders in the projects to update on current construction and any new construction projects in the property.• Review existing vs proposed conditions in order to minimize the renovation work, time and cost. • Review contracts for design services of architects, and all other consultants. • Track any changes due to found conditions after demolition, price constraints, or new design requests from ownership. • Design and create floor plans, layouts and massing studies as well as working with renderers to produce model, photorealistic renderings and walkthrough videos to pass onto marketing. • Coordinate and maintain close communication with tenants’ design team through their design process while maintaining the company’s design intent and aesthetics. • Permanent communication with the property management department for projects that affect existing tenants, and with the internal legal department and external counsel to assist zoning applications with the city.• Support the construction team by responding to RFIs and providing updated drawings to General Contractors during the bidding and building phases. • Work closely with the marketing team to provide the latest information that the team uses, such as renderings, and implement any marketing material, such as prints, into drawings/renderings.• Coordinate with consultants to solve any issues that arise, drawings and delivery dates, and with any information needed to advance projects, and follow-up and keep consultants accountable for production of drawings and deadlines.• Responsible for starting the invoice/payment process through Yardi.

• Work alongside VP of Development of the company participating in a variety of tasks such as performing studies to come to the right solution for any issues that come during construction• Close communication with GC during construction to assure they have all the information needed to fulfill the schedule• Administration of communications (calls/emails/meetings) and managing the team of consultants to produce drawings needed for filing or during construction, and to respond in a timely manner to RFIs and submittals• Deep reviews and coordination of Architectural, MEP, Structural, Civil, Irrigation, Interior Design sets to ensure that proper coordination has been done between the disciplines• Review of drawings, at any scale, studies them and produces detailed mark ups and sketches for consultants • Reviews and compares proposals for FFE, Millwork, finishes, paving systems, gym equipment, etc.• Designs specific areas to study possible costs of construction to analyze budget. Once the design decision is made, drawings are sent to a chosen Architectural, or Interior Design, firm to produce set of drawings to submit to the city and to the GC for pricing. • Organizes and attends meetings with the cities or with consultants to discuss pending drawings and produce a deadline when the tasks are expected• Management and control of records for missing, or damaged, items during Interior Design installation• Collaborates with the construction and leasing teams of the company during the life-time of the project, until it is rented and permits are closed out with the cities

• Works in mid to large scale mixed-use and multifamily ground up buildings • Collaborates in different stages of projects starting in schematic, design development (façade and interior spaces), architectural set production for filing, coordination for Construction Documents, Construction Administration, and Post-Approval Amendment • Coordinates with consultants, such as Structural/ MEP Engineers, Interior Designers, HPD, OER to in order produce drawings• Experience in zoning research, egress, edge of slab drawings, technical details, RCP coordination, • Knowledgeable in ADA regulations and requirements in common spaces, kitchens and bathrooms. • Proficient in detailing kitchens with selected appliances’ clearances and requirements • Maintains excellent communication with Project Managers and contractors in order to release documents and drawings needed • Provides multiple solutions based on code compliance research, design functionality and aesthetics• Communicates with contractor efficiently and on a timely manner to maintain project on schedule
