I have been involved in multiple teams within the company over the past year. I am currently working on solutions for security and export-ability of existing software. I have worked with a handful of programming languages such as Go, Rust, Java, C/C++, Javascript, and Fortran. It has been fun to explore and utilize so many new tools while working for Parsons. I was placed in a position to begin working from day 1 and this job has been incredible work experience for my career.

Anchorage, Alaska Area

I spent 4 years in the Army, the majority of which I spent working as a Team Leader in the Infantry. I led small teams of personnel, managed daily schedules, maintained equipment, and worked with a wide variety of cultures and personalities while in the Army. Working here helped me to become proficient in problem solving, handling coworker relations, and the importance of completing tasks on time and in an organized fashion. Jumping out of planes was an exciting bonus to the job as well.
