UI UX Designer Responsibilities:> Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.> Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.> Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.> Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.> Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.> Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.> Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.> Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Responsibilities:> Study design briefs and determine requirements> Schedule projects and define budget constraints> Conceptualize visuals based on requirements> Prepare rough drafts and present ideas> Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand> Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic> Work with copywriters and creative director to produce a final design> Test graphics across various media

Responsibilities:* Repair design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic project.* Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)* Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.* Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.* Work with editors, producers, and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues* Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.* Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.* Assist in designing and creating storyboards.* Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards.
