As the Chief Technology Officer at Hillool, I lead the development and implementation of the company's products or services, collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the technological solutions meet business needs. I oversee the development and maintenance of technical infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security. I implement best practices for software development, deployment, and operations (DevOps). I make key decisions regarding the choice of technology stack, architecture, and frameworks. I am passionate about developing software solutions that solve real-world problems, and I have a PhD in Software Engineering from the University of Malaya. I publish research papers on Fault Tolerance and Distributed Computing.In addition to my role as the CTO at Hillool, I am also a part-time lecturer at the University of Malaya, teaching computer programming courses for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Engineering. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with the next generation of software engineers, and I also learn from their feedback and perspectives. I have extensive skills in computer programming, distributed systems, cloud computing, and DevOps, which I apply to both my professional and academic projects. I am always eager to learn new technologies and methodologies, and to contribute to the advancement of the software engineering field.
