👋 Hello! I’m Md Muntasir Jahid Ayan, a Computer Science and Engineering student at United International University in Dhaka with a focus on Data Science. My academic journey, paired with hands-on project experiences, has crafted me into a data-driven problem solver.📈 My projects speak volumes about my passion for data science. Take StockPredictor, for example – an app I developed to predict stock prices using machine learning models like LSTM. Or my Movie Recommendation System that provides personalized film suggestions, making movie nights magically easier!🎨 My innovation doesn't just stop at coding. I co-created ARTPATIO, a unique online art gallery, which won first place in the UIU CSE Project Show. Additionally, I’ve been part of groundbreaking research endeavors such as classifying ocular toxoplasmosis images using deep learning, which got published in the ICCIT conference.🛠️ My skill set spans across programming languages like Python, C, C++, and Java, as well as technologies like SQL, Git, Linux, and frameworks like Flask and Streamlit. Tools such as VS Code, Anaconda, and Google Colab are my go-to for development and analysis.🌟 Outside the classroom, I actively engage in activities like playing for my university football team in the Bangabandhu Inter-University Sports Championship and attending insightful workshops such as the one by Monash University on voice-based community engagement.📍 I’m continually expanding my horizon with ongoing research, like network intrusion detection using machine learning and exploring Graph Neural Networks for movie genre prediction.
