Role responsibilities: -provide remote technical support through the phone and email channels -diagnose the user's issue, identify and implement the applicable resolution in a clear and efficient manner-serve as triage point for potential escalation scenarios, that require input from specialized departments -perform follow ups and confirm whether the reported problem was resolved in a satisfying manner -proficient use of a multitude of tools requires for technical troubleshooting: Soti, Sakon, Mobile Iron, Service Now, Sales Force, Office 365 platform, Intune, Airwatch.-cooperate effectively with superiors and any other department involved in the troubleshooting process -continuous learning of new processes/ current issues
