Entrepreneurship is a journey filled with challenges, learning, and growth. Over the past few years, I’ve founded and led multiple startups across various industries, from food delivery to finance. Each venture taught me invaluable lessons about business, financial management, market dynamics, and resilience.Here’s a brief overview of my entrepreneurial journey:In 2018, I launched Dilazo Delivery, initially a food delivery service, and later pivoted to plant delivery. Limited resources and funding made it difficult to scale . This taught me the importance of understanding local markets and right audience and having a strong financial plan in place.In 2019, I ventured into event services with a unique concept of surprising children for their birthdays. However, I soon realized that adequate funding is key to sustaining operations, no matter how creative the idea.2020 saw the creation of my social media agency, but hiring the wrong people and not keeping up with industry trends led to challenges. This experience drove home the importance of building the right team and staying updated with rapidly changing markets.In 2021, I started teaching finance, school syllabus, and other courses in Tier 3 and 4 cities, but again, the lack of funds limited growth. This reinforced the need for sustainable financial planning, particularly in the education space.In 2022, I launched WealthjiNidhi, a small finance startup aimed at offering financial services. Unfortunately, poor credit assessment practices led to significant losses, underscoring the critical importance of risk management and understanding customer behavior in finance.After learning Key lessons from my entrepreneurial journey Currently, I’m started working on P2P and Content creation aimed at delivering insightful and engaging content, with a strong focus on finance, business strategy, and helping individuals stay informed in today’s fast-paced world. My new venture is inspired by my passion for sharing knowledge and my desire to make complex topics like finance more accessible to a wider audience.
