Current• Cross Functional Team Work: Establishing the breeding strategy for different countries and segments together with sales team and/or crop specialists. • Coordination : Implementation of screening programs to different countries together with sales or crop specialist teams.• Target Set: Setting up market targets for commercial and candidate hybrids together with sale teams. • Speed: Organizing and implementing speed to market strategy for candidate hybrids.• Genetic Development: Improvement of genetic pool to create new varieties for different international market needs.• Fundamental Research: Leading and involving the marker development projects with different research groups.• Team Management: Managing the breeding team, set business and development goals for the each members of team.• Efficiency: Maximize the efficiency allocated to the breeding program(s): human, technical, budget.• Support: Training and supporting new breeders.• Protocol Settings: Applying the Nagoya standards to breeding programs .• External Relations: Being the local contact with public breeding institute, university and professional organization.• Station Management Team: Being member of Research and Development Country Management Team and working groups to develop better conditions for employees of station.• Internal Education: Organizing and involving in internal education programs and seminars.
