- demonstrate baking techniques and pastries presentation for new customers; hotels, restaurants etc. - ensure quality control during and post production- supervise and train customers to efficiently and safely produce high volume, multiple baked with minimum of wastage- Calculate raw materials needs and efficiently maintain stock level to meet baking requirement- maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness and food safety- consult customers on baking requirements based on the equipment they have- maintain company’s equipments / troubleshoot- work closely with sales team for upselling
