It was eye-opening to observe the machinery of a sizeable law firm. I rotated around several departments including corporate, finance, and litigation to do case research, agreement drafting, and analysis in corporate matters. The firm also commonly held multiple courses, where I learned key research techniques and methods of conducting corporate presentations.
