Lead and coordinate capacity enhancement interventions for community cadres, community institutions, project staff and stakeholders followed by need assessment and development of guideline.Creation and develop of state, district and block level resource cell/pool for capacity building interventions.Develop need based various learning materials, educational tools for community cadres, community institutions and staff.Develop strategy and implementation of state annual capacity building plan and state annual action plan.Coordinate with various stakeholders and capacity building agencies in training and capacity building at state, district and block level.Support to other thematic as per need such designing training module, google forms, reporting system, guidelines etc • Develop online mechanism to monitor training progress at district level and daily report and task completion reports of empanelled District and State Resource Persons. • Develop Terms and references documents and Request for Proposal Document based on mission requirement for hiring of individuals and Agencies and designing tools and system for post contract management.• As a nodal person for Knowledge Management, develop documentary film, design coffee table book, success story, leaflets etc.

To facilitate District units and Partner NGOs in participatory planning, implementation of sustainable equine welfare programme & provide technical support in project, work plan formulation, and set strategy for participatory monitoring and evaluation.Capacity enhancement of all stakeholders of programme by organize training programme on time to time as well as through regular field visit of the district units and partners organization.
