Murad is responsible to provide strategic guidance and support in conducting context specific analysis contribute to better understand to address underlying causes of poverty (UCP) and marginalization for the four impact population groups chosen by CARE Bangladesh. He is focal point for building staff skills and institutional routines on social and political analysis and integrating climate vulnerability in UCP analysis across projects and to promote reflective practices/learning culture. He is leading four member action research team, called Social Analysis and Learning Team (SALT) of CARE-Bangladesh, resposible for mainstreaming participatory development within the union parishad, providing strategic guidance and support for collective action and promoting social change. He has also profound knowlegde on on-farm action research in agriculture, fisheries and livestock, empowering women in agriculture. He has 19 years of multi-dimentional experience in rural development.
