Hygiene Team Leader
CurrentHygiene Team Leader and Field Wash MoniterNORWEGIAN CHURCH AID (NCA) Organization- Carry out administrative assistance to the NCA staff in Kabartocamp-Reporting on the on program activities-coordinate , follow-up and guide the Hygiene Promoters.-Ensure information and data are registe with red and sharedaccording to the routines.-Reception- secretary support.-Data entry.-Keep log book for material and tools in the camp.-Receive and file complaints.-Register the daily attendance of the NCA national staff in thecamp(technical staff).-Register incentive workers names and days of work.-Responsible for the messages and documents exchange withthe camp management.-Lead daily morning meeting and briefings with the hygienepromotion and Watsan team.-Lead and manage the hygiene promoters and Watsan teammoblilizers in WASH activities.-Compile and record the attendance of all WASH activities.-Write reports of all activities undergone with emphasis onproblem solving and achieved results.-Identify and report challenges or problems related to hygienepromotion work and come up with suggestions.-Participate in implementing of assessments, surveys andmonitoring.-Work in close collaboration with the camp management ,camp sector leaders and the local authorities in general.-Participate in trainings and workshops held by NCA as well asrelevant meetings.- Other duties upon request.
