My main responsibilities are:1) Go to facilities of our company with a photographer or other creative agencies to check the photos and videos that are made by them;2) Make presentations about facilities and send them to the leasing department;3) Place posts about facilities for loan on the website (bina.az);4) Monitor Meta Ads Manager and check what is shared by digital marketers;5) Control over documentation and other processes with The State Agency for Advertisement of The Republic of Azerbaijan and other companies, monitor all the payments that are made to them;6) Participate at the meetings held by the head of marketing, assist other team members.

Responsibilities of the accounting department are divided. One part is responsible for income and the other one for expenditure. I participate in the latter one so my main responsibilities were:1) Accept payment documents (Invoices, purchase orders and others) from the procurement department till Wednesday 12:00 P.M.;2) Enter payments into the 1C Company system by Thursday (Thursday is the payment day of the company);3) İnclude VAT into the tax system;4) After including all the information send the documents for payment;5) Submit the payments in the system after receiving bank statement;6) Archive these documents;7) At the beginning of each month, I check the payments made both through a bank account and by card for the previous month.

I have worked at the headquarters of the Ministry in the Department of the Control over work with documents and requests of the State Tax Service. My main responsibilities are: 1) Registration of the documents sent from state bodies and citizens;2) Control over documents to be completed in time and sent back; 3) Giving advice to other departments while documents are in our system;4) Creation of daily reports about status of the documents in our system;5) Creation of monthly and annual reports on the number of documents;6) Monitoring of other departments and creation of monthly reports based on monitoring results.
