• As we got busier and larger as a company, I noticed we did not have any systems or processes which tracked accountability & delivered efficiency for our 100+ daily enquiries.• Led our CRM whilst our building went from 0% to 95%+ occupancy which we retained YOY.• Proactively built our central CRM system using multiple softwares and automated all processes using APIs. Delivered a manual that described how to use this to assist new employees and to showcase to investors.• Stress tested the system which can handle 1000s of units and applications.• Built an invoice and storage system and set up a scheduled payments system via Xero and Stripe. • Received the top rating on Trust Pilot.

• Hired as the first employee at a Co-living operator who had just acquired their first site. • In charge of forming all external relationships that would influence the customer experience, mapping our online experience and building the user journey.• Managed budgets, analysed data and created a weekly report which is still used by the company to monitor company-wide progress and status.• Came up with the concept to host an artist residency at our building whilst it went through the planning process, inviting 50 different artists to live in the building throughout a year and pay with their paintings instead of rent; which now hang in the house.• Applied and led our WELL application with a team of consultants. On track to become the first WELL V2 registered residential site in the UK.• Covid-19 response: worked with the NHS to provide free housing to NHS doctors & nurses during the first coronavirus lockdown. Invited a company to create 3D virtual tours for us before the first lockdown as we anticipated the move to digital viewings.

▪Created, planned, marketed, executed and oversaw over 150+ successful events in various cities ranging from 100 to 15,000 people. ▪Event types included corporate events, sporting events, ticketed music gigs, festivals, lectures & fundraisers. ▪Launched an event which hit an organic reach of 15 million people without a penny of paid marketing.▪Approached Deliveroo & ran their first event aimed at customer acquisition.

▪In charge of strategy in Manchester for an innovative fundraising platform that raises money for charities through daily transactions. Led the negotiations and operations for meeting & integrating new businesses onto the platform.

▪Helped recruit members for a teenage behavioural advisory group launched by a partner at Balderton Capital, one of the largest venture funds in Europe. ▪Spoke with Facebook, Google and Spotify at their HQs on lifestyle trends for young teenagers.
