Identify Market demands for new & existing trainings.Review the existing customer base and analyses the effectiveness of sales.Review and identify potential business opportunities and report to Director.Lead regular staff meetings, prepared for MRMs and provide corrective /preventative measures.Identify new customers and introduce TCS to potential clients - e-mails, meetings.Lead preparation of tender packages and vendor questionnaire.Review and control business statistics and KPI's.Control and prepare financial reports including Monthly Balance Sheet and expense due.Meet with existing customers and resolve any operational issues.Lead Instructors in all training matters.Prepare and control training list for sales with availability of instructors and materials.Check Job register once a week
