Job description : • Direct control for all the manufacturing section and assuring that the manufacturing plan which is received from the production manager is executed correctly .• Executing the manufacturing plan and assigning the batch for each manufacturing technician.• Reporting for any technical problem to the production manager and adjusting the batches.• Supervising and assuring that the mixers and storage tanks are properly cleaned and sanitized as per GMP standard, and signing sanitization record.• Following up the batch by checking the weights and the mixing procedure which is done by the manufacturing technician , and completing the batch record sheet and assigning ( Approved by ).• Completing a maintenance order for any machine failure in the processing area or water unit.• Maintaining water unit (regeneration,Sanitization and Filter change) and filling their records and sign.Extra duties :• Controlling the sanitizing of the filling lines and signing sanitization records.• Calculating the productivity for each filling line depending on the theoretical and the actual production.• Trainee to be a GMP Coordinator.

Job Duties : • Keep in connection with all costumers to maintain good relationship between thim and the company , and to receive any complain or any missed information .• To receive the orders from costumers • Formulate the mixing formula with minimum cost .• Contact the row materials suppliers to prepare PO and provide the required row materials.• Following up the batch by checking the weights and the mixing procedure which is done by the manufacturing technician.• Following up the filling procedure by checking the validity of the bags and the weights , the correct bags and weights.• Prepare all papers for exporting issue and following up the shipment from the factory to the costumer.
