• Managed end-to-end solution design and delivery for diverse clients across government, healthcare, and legal sectors.• Architected and guided the implementation of the National Unified Registry (NUR) system in Jordan, integrating 15+ government entities across a secured government network, improving data accessibility and reducing inter-departmental query times. • Led the development of MIZAN, a countrywide court case management system for the Ministry of Justice, implemented in 60+ courts across Jordan, processing over 500,000 cases annually and reducing cases backlog. • Spearheaded the creation of a SharePoint business intelligence portal for Jordan's Ministry of Justice, enabling real-time analytics for ministry users and enhancing data-driven decision-making capabilities. • Directed the development of Non-Criminal Record Certificate system for the Ministry of Justice, integrating multiple governmental entities and reducing certificate issuance time from 3 days to several minutes, serving 100,000+ citizens annually, which was the first paperless e-service in Jordan.• Led the implementation of SharePoint Online intranet portal for Abdali Medical Center, streamlining document management for 500+ staff members and improving internal communication efficiency and quality control processes. • Orchestrated the development of a web portal for the Justice Center for Legal Aid, improving case management efficiency and reporting accuracy.• Managed the creation of a military court case management system for the Ministry of Defense, enhancing data security and reducing case processing.
