Position: Assistant Manager, Investigation Management Dept.Key Responsibilities:• Investigating and providing recommendations to company leadership, HR, and the CEO’s Office on potential violations of company policy and/or the law. This includes but not limited to interpreting and supporting compliance within the context of company policies. • Monitoring and following action plan to resolve issues which do not meet compliance standards.• Responsible for providing strategic, proactive guidance, advice and expertise in HR risk management, policy development and technical assistance to all levels of the company. • Performing investigation activities while preserving strict confidentiality; This includes but not limited to: interviewing the concerned parties, keeping written records, reviewing and analysing the financial statements or bill voucher with supporting documents, cash books, the ledger, the daily collection record, the money receipts, the approved budget, and the actual expenditure.• Preparing qualitative investigation report complying standard format with findings, fact analysis and opinion. • Addressing grievance and initiating resolution. • Assisting Appeal Body in dispute resolution.• Being responsible for working with stakeholders to identify, develop, implement and monitor strategies and tactics associated with minimizing the risk of non-compliance in a broad range of areas. • Being responsible for assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring application of policies and procedures.

Senior Executive, CEO's Office.• To act as a liaison between CEO's office and Human Resource Management in ensuring disciplinary action, grievance, and employee relation issues as per law with companies' norms & regulation.• Develop and implement HR Policies & procedures for the organization as per CEO's vision.• Co-ordinates Coach and counsel staff on employee relations issues related to hiring, termination, job performance, and organizational policies.• Oversee performance management activities.• Training Needs Assessment and organize employee training programs;• Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth;• Prepare budgets for HR and ensure proper management of the same;• Manage employee's grievances and other personnel-related issues;• Perform any other related tasks assigned by CEO's office.• Handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues as per law with Walton's norms & Govt regulation.• Assist the head of HR in planning, coordinating, and implementing administrative policies, procedures, regulations, rules, and norms to ensure that the organization's environment is safe for employers, employees, visitors, and business operations.

HR Executive: • Coordinating recruitment including creating job descriptions and postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, negotiating, and extending offers, issuing local contracts, and overseeing orientation and onboarding of staff.• Counselling staff on employee relations issues related to hiring, termination, job performance, and organizational policies.• Oversee performance management activities.• Handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues as per law with Walton's norms & Govt regulation.

HR Executive: • Preparing different HR letters (thanks, warning, twit, appraisal, dismissal, permanent, promotion, termination etc.) as required.• Drafting policies (HR policies, SOP of different business units, Organograms, Manpower planning and budgeting etc.) as per requirements of HR Head.• Preparing employee engagement calendar and initiate various types of employee engagement activities as per the calendar.• Managing and creating proactive talent pipelines in support of sales growth and market need.• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients (company management, job portal managers, university leaders) to ensure staffing goals are achieved.• Preparing timely reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information on employment activity.• Updating and maintaining different HR & Corporate policies and procedures in the light of Labor Law & industry practice.
