Responsible for Parking System Subject matter expertise, System Documentation, Departmental change management through Systems change, and System Vendor liaison. Acquiring internal resources, and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors and consultants in order to deliver System change, projects and documentation/knowledge transfer. Oversee quality control throughout the Parking projects life cycle.

• Lead the project group towards the achievement of the country and regional targets. • Recruit, lead and coach a ten-person technical team. Manage and document employee performance, and make recommendations in relation to their supervision of 30 indirect reports. • Oversee project selection, risk review, proposal approval and delivery to customer requirements.• Review contract terms / conditions and negotiate with customers and suppliers.• Implement the company’s project process and adapt to meet individual project conditions.• Serve as prime interface with customers and project participants on all contractual matters.• Present periodic reports on current projects, future opportunities and client issues to management.• Maintain projects’ quality of service, and customer satisfaction.• Manage purchasing and procurement within budgetary constraints.• Manage projects’ commercials and vendor negotiations.
