Switch Mobility is the EV arm of Ashokleyland (A Hinduja Group company), with a global business plan in urban e-Bus and e-LCV. Headquartered in UK, Switch will have Global Manufacturing footprint and my role is developing and establishing manufacturing & related supply chain for Switch in UK, Europe and India. In this role I am responsible for developing global manufacturing plans and strategies, supply chain strategies and implementing infrastructure and facilities for delivering the global products of Switch.DELIVERED RESULTS- Developed infrastructure and investment plans for manufacturing facilities for each region (UK, EU and India)- Engaged with potential Investors on manufacturing strategy and investment- Established and maintained Government relationships in the UK for securing manufacturing sites and funding support- Created investment and employment plans for Switch Europe, and reached an agreement with the regional and national government to secure grants and funding up to 40% of the total investment. - Developed manufacturing technology road map for next 8 years as per the growth requirements of business plan.
