Performing risk assessments of new features, capacity and licensing requirements, high-availability and integrations, is a prerogative of my current profile.What set me at par is my expertise in overseeing a network of 10G Core Data Capacity entailing of high density devices i.e. Cisco GSR, Cisco 7609, 7606, 7206 NPEG1 & Alcatel Routers and Cisco 4500, 3750 2950 Switches, Juniper EX-4800 Switches & MX480 Routers.Displayed proficiency in handling 350+ RF PMP base stations for Enterprise Customer Access Links including 2500+ Enterprise Customer Links on RF Last Mile.During my tenure, I diligently diagnosed unusual or difficult network problems; also assigning staff members to perform circuit traces, failure detection and diagnosis; reviews findings; determines best approach for service restoration and network repairs. At EBEN Telecom, I leveraged holistic understanding of a wide range of role in design & implementation of network (LAN & WAN) and troubleshoot network problems & conflicts.It was my job to prioritize requests to coordinate among stakeholders and teams. Moreover, I maximized performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduled upgrades. Additionally, I led commissioning and maintenance functions of International Leased Lines and IPLC Links. Effaciously , I extended technical support for Broadband DSLAMs.

While working in a techno-functional role, I planned and designed spectrum ISP Networks connecting the nodes throughout Kerala.My role entailed identifying suspicious behavior of the network, collecting log files and generating reports, accordingly.I was also involved in leading the network team for technical support in regard to the network infrastructure, configurations and core responsibilities.
